Where we ship
We ship to addresses in the United States only. We do not ship internationally at this time.
Order processing time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding US federal holidays). Orders placed on a weekend or holiday are processed on the next business day.
If you choose Pay by invoice at checkout, we will contact you within 1 business day with payment instructions, and processing starts once we receive your payment.
Some products are sold as pre-order (backorder). If your order includes a pre-order item, it ships when that item is back in stock, and we will let you know the expected ship date.
Shipping method
All orders ship with USPS. Delivery time after your order leaves our warehouse depends on the USPS service and your location.
Shipping costs
Shipping is calculated from the total weight of your order, rounded to the nearest pound. The cost is shown at checkout before you pay.

Damaged or missing packages
If your package arrives damaged or an item is missing, contact us with your order number and photos of the package and products. Returns for product quality problems follow our Return Policy.
